What happens on the first call?
We’ll ask some simple questions about your setup, your team, and your biggest frustrations. You’re welcome to bring questions, scenarios, or even “is this crazy?” ideas. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you that too.
Are you only available locally, or can you work remotely?
Many services can be provided remotely, with on-site visits scheduled when needed. We’ll be clear about what can be done virtually and where in-person support makes sense.
We’re not very “technical.” Is that a problem?
Not at all. It’s our job to translate the technical pieces into clear options and trade-offs so you can make informed decisions without needing an IT dictionary.
